These terms apply whenever you use joymaze.com or get.joymaze.com, or buy from Joymaze, a brand of Puzz Publishing LLC. By buying from us, you agree to them.

Who we are

Joymaze is a brand of Puzz Publishing LLC, a Wyoming company. We sell digital, downloadable printable activity products for kids ages 4–8 — coloring pages, mazes, dot-to-dot, and letter tracing — and we also publish physical books through Amazon KDP.

What you're buying

When you buy a printable bundle, you're buying a license to the PDF files, not the files themselves outright. Physical books sold through Amazon KDP are governed by Amazon's own terms of sale in addition to these.

Your license to use the files

When you buy a printable product, we grant you a personal, non-commercial license to print it for your own household or classroom use. You may:

• Print pages as many times as you like, for your own kids or students.
• Use the pages at home, in your classroom, or on the go.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repost the files themselves — as free downloads, paid products, or anything in between — in original or modified form.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Card statements will show the charge as PUZZBOOKS.

Refunds

Because our printable products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or if a file you purchased turns out to be defective or inaccessible — in that case, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, and content in our products belong to Puzz Publishing LLC. Buying a license to print a product does not transfer ownership of that content to you.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our products are provided as-is, without warranties beyond what's stated here. To the extent allowed by law, Puzz Publishing LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or website. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the site or buy from us after an update means you accept the revised terms.
